This project was completed in the course of 3 days. Sha-Mecca had been wanting to rhyme over Aeon beats for a while. When she finally heard his beat
tape she was moved to expand and do more than just a verse or two. This 15 minute
collection of music meant to get you hungry for more Aeon beats and Sha-Mecca

Verbal Lift is an open mic that takes place every other week @ the Nyack Village Theatre, hosted by Haitian power couple, Kurt Pierre-Henri Benjamin and Cathleen St. Victor. It webcasts live @ www.rocklandworldradio.com @ around 10pm. Everybody from singers to rappers to poets perform. If you’re in the Tri-State area come check it out sometime…withavengence!
