Sha-Mecca &Peeda Bregga tore down the stage in Nyack last night @ Verbal Lift. Verbal Lift is an open mic that takes place every other week @ the Nyack Village Theatre, hosted by Haitian power couple, Kurt Pierre-Henri Benjamin and Cathleen St. Victor. It webcasts live @ www.rocklandworldradio.com @ around 10pm. Everybody from singers to rappers to poets perform. If you’re in the Tri-State area come check it out sometime…withavengence!
